AstroSat with a lift-off mass of 1515 kg was launched on September 28, 2015 from Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota.

Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY) has completed six years .The scheme was launched on 28th of August in 2014 with an aim to provide universal access to banking facilities to the people in the country.
About eight crore PMJDY account holders are receiving Direct Benefit Transfer from the Government under various schemes.

The National e-Governance Division (NeGD) on Wednesday sign MoU with CSC e-Governance Services India to facilitate delivery of UMANG app services through Common Service Centres (CSCs)
the services on UMANG app will be available to citizens through the network of 3.75 lakh CSCs
will enable citizens to avail e-governance services of 140 departments through the UMANG App
UMANG (Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance) app provides a single platform to access pan India e-governance services

Sixth Schedule allows the constitution of Autonomous District Councils in Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura & Mizoram.
The Sixth Schedule consists of provisions for the administration of tribal areas in Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura and Mizoram, according to Article 244 of the Indian Constitution. It provides for the creation of autonomous District Councils.
